We are confident that our interdisciplinary educational strategy enables hires from CIPA to address the interdisciplinary challenges of organizations across sectors. Our Office of Professional Development will work with you or your human capital representatives to identify appropriate internship or job candidates.
CIPA students obtain intensive core training in administration, economics and quantitative analysis prior to specializing in one of eight policy areas, including:

Receiving Rèsumè and Cover Letter Referrals from CIPA
The CIPA Office of Professional Development often works with employers to organize rèsumè/cover letter collections for open internship or employment opportunities. Please contact Thomas O'Toole at 607-255-6668 or tjo22@cornell.edu to organize a rèsumè/cover letter collection. Electronic copies of rèsumès and cover letters are distributed to employers immediately following the drop deadline -via- a zip file.
Recruiting at CIPA: Off-Campus and On-Campus
CIPA offers off-campus recruitment opportunities during our fall professional development conference in Washington, D.C., and our spring professional development conference in New York City. In addition, the Office of Professional Development would be pleased to work with your organization to facilitate on-campus recruitment and interviewing.
