IMPORTANT: If you are requesting a reservation for same day, you must CALL for availability, we do not accept same day reservations online.

May to November, we often require a two night minimum stay on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights). If you are interested in making a reservation for only Friday or Saturday (one night on a weekend) less than 7 days away, try making the request online, as policy may have changed. We require a 3 night minimum on the following weekends: Memorial Day Weekend the end of May(Cornell graduation weekend, Columbus Day weekend in October, and Cornell new student orientation in August. During Cornell orientation we set aside 2 or 3 rooms for even longer stay requests, due to demand for stays as long as one week. Some Special Events have a $50 - $100 cancel fee, must be prepaid in full, and are 100% non refundable, no discounts allowed. Grayhaven will confirm a cancel by date of at least 30 days prior to the event. Please read all policies listed on web page by clicking the policies tab.

If you request a reservation for any date that does not meet these restrictions, Grayhaven Motel will contact you to change your reservation.

Please call 877-241-6434, for group reservations of 4 rooms or more. Group reservations require a special contract.

Refunds are not made when due to act of God room is not available, or we are not given opportunity to rectify problem, or due to sudden illness or death you need to cancel a prepaid non refundable reservation. WE recommend you buy travel trip interruption insurance to cover that possibility.
