Welcome to CGP's Online Databook Editing System
Greetings:
Please assist us in updating your institution's data. We publish this data in print and digital products that are distributed to more than 7000 institutions throughout the United States. Using this web site rather than the post office or faxing will speed your data into print and increase accuracy.
Access to institutional information is highly restricted. Our password system allows your institutional representatives access only to your institution's data on the Internet Update Site. Your institution has been provided with two passwords: one for access to the CGP Chart Data and one for accessing the CGP Majors Data. The passwords are usually sent to the Admissions and Registrars offices respectively.
The CGP Chart Data provides a comprehensive overview of your institution as currently stored in our database. The information is organized in ten sections. At the end of each section you will find a text box where you may enter additional information further describing your institution. Section Ten provides a large text box for you to enter promotional or descriptive text of your choice for possible inclusion in CGP products. Copying and pasting will work. This additional material would be used in our career information Internet application, My eCareers 101. Due to current laws, if copyrighted text from institutional publications is entered, CGP would need a permission or release form on file. Email the Databook Coordinator at databookcoordinator@chronicleguidance.com for assistance with this process.
The CGP Majors Data section provides a comprehensive listing of all programs of study (majors) stored in the database.
